Meet The Owner

Mike Handley is the owner and operator of One Above Equine Transport. He has been a Class A CDL drive for over 15 years. He started driving tractor trailers, low beds, and heavy equipment at the age of 18. Mike has traveled all over the US and knows the safest, smoothest, and most direct route for your equine companion to travel safely. Mike started hauling horses about 10 years ago when he met his wife. Mike was in-charge of the logistical side of his wife business, after working with many shippers he realized the need for more professional shippers and One Above Equine Transport was born.
